As the weekend approaches, it’s time to see what’s new on the ol’ Nintendo eShop. This week’s highlights include Bandit Trap’s physics-based brawler antics, new Nintendo music, a Tetris event, and a look ahead at a Star Wars-themed Monopoly game. Let’s dig in!

First up is Bandit Trap, a Switch 2 title that promises slapstick brawling action. It pits players against each other in 1v3 battles to defend your house from intruders. Part Home Alone, part Moving Out 2, this looks like it could be a silly yet enjoyable experience.

Next up we have a look ahead at an interesting take on the classic Monopoly game. This Star Wars-themed version allows you to assemble a team using a roster of characters to battle for control of the galaxy. Pre-orders are open now for this one, which hits the Switch and Switch 2 on June 10.

In music news, the Nintendo Music app has added two new sets of tracks featuring Mario. Tracks across the Mario Tennis Aces and Super Mario Galaxy 2 games join the ever-growing collection.

Meanwhile, Tetris 99 continues to expand with its latest MAXIMUS event. This is the 53rd such event, this time featuring the Mii faces of Tomodachi Life. The event runs 1-4 May, so jump in, and good luck!
