This week’s eShop roundup brings Mickey Mouse’s latest outing to the Switch. In Disney Illusion Island, our titular mouse embarks on a new platforming adventure with up to four players. Joiing Mickey are his pals Minnie, Donald, and Goofy as they investigate a mysterious island and save its inhabitants.

Meanwhile, Verba is a cooking game with a difference: its set in the ’80s. There’s also a strong narrative element to this one, which follows the story of an Indian mother who has immigrated to Canada. This intriguing and touching tale is available from 31 July.

There are also the usual discounts to tempt you, with this week’s focus being Resident Evil. Just in time for … Halloween? Or just a good way to spend the summer.

Check out the long list of new titles below and let us know which games you’ll be playing this weekend.
