Dinosaur King™ on the Nintendo DS™ portable handheld system brings exciting new twists to the traditional role playing game genre, with 3D battling systems and multiplayer fighting action via Wi-Fi. Playing as Max or Rex, otherwise known as the D-Team, players will collect over 70 dinosaurs, each with its own special moves totaling over 240 in all. Traveling to five different territories around the globe, players will dig for fossils that are indigenous to that region. Once the player has collected their dinosaurs, exciting battles can take place to stop the nefarious Dr. Z and the Alpha Gang bent on hunting down the dinosaurs and taking over the world.

New York, NY— May 19, 2008 — Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ:TTWO) today responded to Electronic Arts Inc.’s (NASDAQ:ERTS) announcement that it is extending for a third time its unsolicited conditional tender offer to acquire all of Take-Two’s outstanding shares.
As reported by EA, only 6,210,261 of Take-Two’s outstanding shares, or approximately 8.0% of the total, tendered into EA’s offer as of 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on May 16, 2008.

(”EA”) (NASDAQ:ERTS) announced today that it has extended its tender offer for all of the currently outstanding shares of common stock (including the associated preferred stock purchase rights) of Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. (”Take-Two”) (NASDAQ:TTWO) to 11:59 p.m., New York City time, on Monday, June 16, 2008, unless further extended. The tender offer was previously set to expire at 11:59 p.m., New York City time, on May 16, 2008.
“Extending our offer will allow the FTC review process to continue,” said Owen Mahoney, Senior Vice President of EA Corporate Development. “EA’s offer price remains unchanged at $25.74 per share and our offer is still subject to conditions that include regulatory approval. As stated earlier, we retain the right to terminate the offer if the conditions are not satisfied.”
